Terms of Use and Copyright Policy Governing Access to the Resources

1. Purpose of This Agreement

These Terms of Use and Copyright Policy (“Terms”) govern access to and use of the teaching materials, curriculum resources, study booklets, downloadable files, and related content (“Resources”) made available through this website.

By registering as a member, accessing, or downloading any Resources, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.

If you do not agree with these Terms, you must not access or use the Resources.

2. Ownership of Intellectual Property

All Resources provided through this website are the exclusive intellectual property of:

Crossroads International Bible College.

This includes, but is not limited to:

• Written teaching materials

• Curriculum structure and course design

• Study booklets and outlines

• PDF downloads

• Logos, branding, graphics, and design elements

• Website content

All materials are protected under Australian copyright law and applicable international copyright conventions.

Access to the Resources does not transfer ownership or grant proprietary rights of any kind.

3. Limited Licence for Use

Members are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Resources solely for:

• Personal study; and

• Non-commercial teaching within a local church or ministry context, provided the materials remain unaltered and clearly attributed to the Organisation.

This licence is granted subject to full compliance with these Terms.

4. Prohibited Use

Without prior written permission from the Organisation, users must not:

• Reproduce, duplicate, or redistribute the Resources in whole or in part;

• Modify, adapt, edit, translate, or create derivative works;

• Remove or alter copyright notices or branding;

• Upload the Resources to other websites, platforms, or repositories;

• Sell, license, sublicense, or commercially exploit any part of the Resources;

• Issue certificates, awards, or academic recognition based on the Resources;

• Represent themselves as an Affiliate, Partner, or authorised representative of the Organisation.

Any unauthorised use constitutes a breach of these Terms and may result in termination of access and further action as permitted by law.

5. Affiliate Status and Representation

Access to the Resources does not grant Affiliate status, partnership, agency, or authority to represent the Organisation.

Individuals or ministries seeking formal affiliation must enter into a separate written Affiliate Agreement approved by the Organisation.

No person may advertise or imply official association without written authorisation.

6. User Responsibilities

Members are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials;

• Ensuring that their use of the Resources complies with these Terms;

• Preventing unauthorised sharing of downloaded materials.

The Organisation reserves the right to suspend or terminate access if these Terms are violated.

7. Disclaimer

The Resources are provided for educational and ministry purposes. While care is taken in preparation, no guarantee is made regarding specific outcomes or results arising from their use.

The Organisation shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or claim arising from reliance upon or use of the Resources.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Australia.

Any disputes arising from or related to these Terms shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Australia.

9. Amendments

The Organisation reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Resources following any update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
