Curriculum Evaluation and Promotional Materials
1. Purpose of Access
This website provides curriculum information, structural outlines, sample teaching materials, and related content (“Materials”) for the purpose of evaluation by individuals or ministries considering formal Registered Affiliate partnership with Crossroads International Bible College.
Access to these Materials is provided solely for review and assessment purposes.
By accessing or downloading any Materials, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to these Terms.
2. Intellectual Property and Curriculum Structure
All curriculum frameworks, course structures, teaching systems, study booklets, branding elements, academic models, and related Materials are the exclusive intellectual property of:

This includes:

Curriculum architecture

Study unit design and assessment models

Teaching outlines and booklets

Logos, branding, and identity elements

Promotional materials and written descriptions
All content is protected under Australian copyright law and applicable international copyright conventions.
No ownership or implementation rights are transferred by access.
3. Permitted Use (Evaluation Only)
Materials made available on this website may be used solely for:

Reviewing the curriculum

Assessing suitability for potential Affiliate partnership

Internal ministry consideration and discussion
Materials may not be implemented, taught formally, replicated, adapted, or integrated into any ministry or academic program without a formally executed Registered Affiliate Agreement.
4. Prohibited Use
Without prior written consent from Crossroads International Bible College, users must not:

Reproduce or distribute the curriculum structure or materials;

Replicate course models, assessment systems, or modular frameworks;

Adapt, translate, modify, or create derivative programs;

Remove branding or identifying features;

Represent themselves as affiliated, endorsed, or authorised;

Issue certificates, awards, or recognitions using any part of the curriculum;

Develop competing curriculum substantially based upon the Materials.
Unauthorised use may result in termination of access and enforcement of intellectual property rights.
5. No Affiliate Status Created
Access to promotional or evaluation Materials does not constitute:

Affiliate status
-
Partnership
-
Agency
-
Licence to operate
-
Authorisation to advertise association
Formal affiliation requires execution of a written Registered Affiliate Agreement.
6. Confidentiality of Curriculum Model
Certain elements of curriculum structure, academic sequencing, and operational methodology are proprietary in nature. Users agree not to copy, extract, reverse engineer, or reconstruct these systems for independent implementation.
7. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Australia.
